How to know if your power supply powerful enough?

I wonder if there is any way to know how powerful your power supply must be the power of his mother and everything in it. Also my power supply says something like 115v/200something, which account? Thanks for any idea.

It's okay if your power supply is 115V which should have a pretty bad team. For the motherboard, find the motherboard and should tell you how much energy is required, you should get a power supply as well as other much power as 200 volts.
