How do I adjust the totals and subtotals in QuickBooks Pro?

The subtotal box in my pro quickbooks invoice shows the estimated taxes. Then The total "table shows the same amount. How I can change my invoice template for the subtotal is displayed without the total tax already calculated and then total shows the total order with the sales tax? Thank you. I can get to the point where you can change the billing, but can not find how to configure the sales tax correctly.

Go to the list – Templates .. choose a template for change. Choose ADDITIONAL CUSTIMIZATION .. TAB and select FOOTER footers that you want (Ie, subtotal, sales tax, in whole or balance due.) Hope this helps. I'm working on the 2007 version. Sometimes, only the administrative part is the right to edit templates. You have to create the sales tax in the list of items. Depending on the state you are in, you may need to configure the discresionary top of a flat fee. You will have to base or a fixed rate and discresionary separately and then make a new group so they can be linked together.
