PayPal has a standard Merchant Account which holds the cashier page and allows that merchants accept Credit Cards Customer cards without having to open an internet merchant account? How do they do?

Paypal has a business account and actually do the treatment. Paypal then transferred the money to your individual account. Is another source of income for paypal and processing rates are probably lower than what the changes for the service.
