Is it legal for merchants to charge fees for Credit Card processing for the consumer?
They have often experienced this with agencies Travel when I use my credit card. The processing fee of 2% is charged for me, wiping with nets to prevent it. There is also the fear that company may close after paying in advance. Can action be taken against them? Who are the watchdogs that I can report this to?
u need to ask first before allowing u ur magnetic card, and it is legal, but u can always negotiate.
