What are the offshore banking laws / merchant accounts / Tax?

I am currently starting an Internet business. I know there a lot of risks when working online, especially in the field of fraud and theft of people who use CC details etc. Because of these risks I will register for a high risk Merchant Account. This will be on the road leniant chargebacks and my funds are frozen just usual if I get a few chargebacks Unlike banks in the United Kingdom, where there are none near high risk merchant accounts. Is it legal to have a merchant account offshore in tax laws and simply If you have the account?

I do not know this type of account, but it is certainly legitimate for any type of account you want, whenever you want. All benefits bank account to be included in the accounts of your company for tax purposes, of course.
