Who are the leading Merchant Account providers and Payment Gateway services that operate in United Arab Emirates and what currency are the citizens more comfortable in using the pay online? Do most residents in possession of cards Credit Or do you prefer to pay by bank transfer or PayPal services like? Are there any government regulations should I consider?
