Credit Card payment charged, but I have no merchant the amount?

I had made an Online Payment to my credit card of HDFC bank Indiatimes shopping. amount is deducted from my credit card, but denied that a merchant has received this money, made my order has also been canceled. but the bank is not giving me enough proof that I can prove to merchant payment has been credited to your account. I can do in this regard. Anoone has answer for it?

Take a printout of the proof that you paid. go to the bank and ask them to do what is necessary. If the payment is still not done, it will proceed with the payment. If that does not can be done then we will refund. Normall banks refuse to help in this matter because this is a very known. try to have a written record of all that if you have legal proceeding that will help.
