USB Card Reader?
Our business recently hired a Credit Card reader USB to a financial trader. The package comes with no software and the reader itself was not a machine, plug and play. I spoke with customer service and were not helpful. It is quite obvious that I need some kind of software, Does anyone know what I can use? I've heard of the shopping basket and PayFuse, these programs are good, does have something to do with it? Thank you.
I am sure that would be able to help, however, with cancer, not knowing what type of credit card reader you have and how you plan to use it, it is very difficult. If you could provide more information (is it a MagTek, IDTech, post-X, etc. and any model number and are using this with a terminal, POS software, terminal Internet, etc). With this information would be able to answer it. Most USB drives are very easy, so I'm pretty sure this is a problem simple.
