Electric field inside the loop?

I'm doing a physics lab where we have a positive and negative pole covered in paper coal, and use a voltmeter probes to prove the charge in various situations, and measure the equipotential lines and lines of force. You can see a laboratory almost identical to the one here: ~ In edis/courses/100/lab9.pdf http://www2.truman.edu/ a situation, we have the positive terminal of the completion of a silver line drawn on paper. The line forms a closed form. The other terminal is out of form. When we tested, the tension was changing out of the way but inside is constant. For the laboratory, we have to explain why this is the case, but are perplexed … Does anyone know why? Since size is 2, apparently we can not use "Gauss Law Thanks! The current flows from terminal + (silver loop) to the terminal – which is outside the loop. Since the loop is ideally a perfect conductor there is no prospect through any points of the loop, there are also points in the loop current to flow a. Therefore there is no current flow anywhere within the cycle, so each point within the loop is in tension +. So my claim is that the constant tension has been measured is equal to the applied voltage +. The more sensitive the virtual machine is measured (ie, less current draws), the closer the measure should be.
