Problem with Linux and wireless Internet, how I can get my Linux partition to connect to Internet?

I am having difficulties get my distro Debian Elive "to connect to the Internet. I have a Realtek RTL8101E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0). I downloaded the drivers Realtek Linux for the Ethernet card, but the biggest problem is that I am denied permission to install Elive. Well, sorry to say that it takes a little work terminal. But nothing overwhelming. Basically, open a terminal window and type: $ sudo nautilus, it will ask for your password and then everything you do in the nautilus window with root permissions. So what can the rest of the installation that way.
