Terninals Credit Card: How do they work?
Im so getting a Hypercom. but how the hell do go operations to my bank account? I get a Wireless Terminal such as Verifone Nurit 8000, but how to do what it says it does? Is it just came with the instructions, and enter my bank information on it directly? or something else? I'm very curious and I want one bad.
How it works in general: 1. You pass the card. You get an approval code, print the sales draft and have the customer sign. 2. At the end of the day, send a batch of all transactions of that day its commercial services company. The company will settle the transactions through the respective card schemes. 3. Once the charges are cleared, your dealer company deposit services sales amount, less the interchange fee, in its designated bank account, usually through ACH. Of course, this is the general process and there are many more regulations that must be followed. But this is the overall process.
