… Dual-mode 3750. Recently, the gift card from the machine stopped working. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could fix it. I already called the company and I'm not going to help. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the gift card part of the machine stopped working ", but it could be one of two things: 1) Software problems: This is the gift card is screwed on the end processors or software in the terminal needs to be recharged. A call to your Merchant Account provider will clear that up to 2) A physical problem: I'm not sure exactly how to succeed as gift cards are not special and do not require special equipment to be processed. Normally if you can accept Credit Cards the same parts of the terminal also dealing with gift cards. If you suspect that it is actually a physical problem, call the company that sold you the terminal and see if it is under warranty.
