Theft of PIN debit cards.?

How does the bank handle your PIN if someone through a pad pin hacked, ATM or pinhole camera and makes the charges against your account? With a Credit Card that has the signature as proof, so if the burden challenge, check with signature. If you do not agree with the load is removed. But with a Debit Card PIN only, so you have no proof that you did not make the accusation. I'm not asking to do. I'm asking what you have to do to prove an accusation is false. Or is it the responsibility of banks show that is a position of its validity?
