The Lipman Nurit Credit Card processor you need help?

I have the Lipman Nurit 8100 and nobody not even my support you have any information on this machine. I've Goodlad yahoo.com ed "him and i cannot find any info or manual to go with it. It came with this business, but I have never a manual. I am having a problem with it. When printing receipts showing the full card account number and expiration date on the receipt. I can not understand how and even I can change the custom settings to make it happen. I've also been looking for Lipman Nurit or company so that I can find a contact number and, Luckily a damn manual for this machine. If anyone has any information or can give any advice I really appreciate it.

Your Merchant Account provider (In particular technical support department) is supposed to provide a manual for using the Nurit 8100. The reason you need to get them, and not the manufacturer or any other person, each processor in the terminal of the programs work differently depending on several factors unique to your business and your account. This only means a comprehensive manual will not tell you everything you need to run it. Test your technical support department again and see if they have a help manual. If they do, see if they have one of Nurit 2085 and Nurit any other model. The one really good thing about Nurit terminals is that they all work similarly. This means that if you know how use one that is very close to knowing how to use their other terminals. FYI, I found this user's manual. Hopefully yours works similar to it.
