How does online Credit Card payment and Online Payment system work together??
1) How does the system and does the procedure? 2) Do debit cards work as well as Credit Cards? 3) I know that the consumer has to take precautions, but What are the safety procedures and precautions taken by companies and credit card payment online business and systems to protect you? 4) What I am shaking on a website to know that is completely safe and is known and legally accepted by govt agencies, banks and other agencies in concern? 5) Is there a universal body / institute web sites that accept online payments are recorded? (Eg ISO for quality of goods, etc)
How payment processing Works Before you can Accept Credit Card Transactions and other forms of online payments, a merchant will have to set up a Merchant Account with a bank. A merchant account is the industry term for a banking business relationship that you and a bank has made arrangements to accept credit card payments (Usually a local bank may be sufficient for this type of relationship). Set up a merchant account usually involves the bank understanding your business and work with a processor third party to arrange a mechanism for accepting payments.
