Issueing visa is a fine of $ 5,000 for me?
Hi, If my client's article purchase is less than $ 8.00 and use some form of Card Payment, i will charge a fee of 0.15 cents to use the Credit Card machine and the client agrees on. Today I received a phone call my provider of merchant credit card saying they have been fined $ 5,000 for the issue of surcharges to customers. Do not understand why im being fined $ 5,000 can someone please elaborate? I own a small business and I deliver this 15 percent fee to cover processing costs. In fact, is 15 My .15 cents no error = (
It is probably part of the agreement. No Credit Cards like they charge "surcharges" to their owners. It would kill their business. You should see additional Card Transactions with general operating expenses, or not use. But, my friend charges. HAV is this policy for long time.
