Verifone Omni

Static on the telephone line caused by Credit Card terminal! What to do?
I have a VeriFone Omni 3730 and when connected to the phone jack, there are a lot of static on the telephone line. However, when I disconnect the line terminal is not static. I keep the credit Card Terminal connected – so how I can eliminate the static? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
It is the terminal connected to the phone or connect to a power separately? If your phone is connected to then change the wires, if it is a separate decision, then move the terminal another outlet, if possible – try the same as the phone – if not a digital PBX phone. If the problem persists after changing or moving things around, then your terminal is probably the case, but there are many factors involved, it would be difficult to say exactly what the problem unless you pay a professional to check things out.
